I first approached Bob to help with developing the team I was leading, to become a high performing team whilst delivering improved productivity and reduced costs. This was a series of workshops for cross functional teams in mapping current process, problem solving skills and presenting solutions to improved productivity and reduced costs to a Senior Director.
